THE ORGANIC KITCHEN

The organic kitchen has been open for 15 years offering an organic vegetarian and vegan wholefood menu.

Breakfast Buffet:

After a good night's sleep we offer breakfast from 7.30 am until 1pm or earlier for mountain climbers and early risers upon request.

We bake fresh wholemeal rolls daily, prepare vegetarian and vegan pâtés and various salad platters and cheese, Jam, sweet pâtés and spreads and honey and a varied muesli and cereal buffet (nuts, cereal and freshly ground corn). Vegetable salads and platters, milk, soya products complete the good start for the day.

In the afternoon

we offer a freshly baked (wholefood) cake (price: ? 1,80 - 2,30) as well as tea and coffee (freshly ground, and coffee beans).

Evening meal

From 6.30 pm - earlier or later upon request. A daily changed 4 course menu as

  • varied salad and starter buffet
  • soup
  • clear or cream
  • main course, international and national dishes
  • dessert
  • Drinks:

  • water from our own spring
  • juice from an organic farm
  • organic wines and beer
  • From our own ground floor vault cellar our guests can, if they so wish, help themselves to drinks. Here freshly brought in vegetables, fruit and various cheeses can also found and are for available all our guests at cost price.
